Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a repair kit for a problem we've seen and resolved in power supply board DPS-262CP / RUNTKA933WJQZ  used in Sharp LC-70LE600U, Sharp LC-70LE640U and Sharp LC-70C6400U.

The kit contains parts helping resolve different problems that we've seen; not all components need to be replaced at the same time, but considering we've seen all of them fail at one point or another there is no harm in replacing them all provided you know you can do it properly.

Failure symptoms: The kit addresses several different failures we've seen and as such the failure symptoms vary. In addition, other failures may result in the same symptoms as listed here, so bear in mind this information should only be used as a guidance, not as a guarantee that this kit is what - let alone all - that is needed. With that in mind, here are the symptoms we've seen and resolved using the components from this kit:

• TV totally dead; main fuse F7001 open and at least one of transistors (Q7801 , Q7802) shorted; diode D7805;
• TV having standby indication and responding to power on command, but to no effect - it fails to start; on the power supply. standby voltage is present and main board signals the PS_ON (pin 14) high, but the PSU fails to raise 390V on the main filter capacitors C7800C, C7800B and C7800A.
  

Kit contents: Brad new replacements for the following board components: F7001, D7805, IC7902(bottom of board), IC7801, (Q7801, Q7802 - under heat sink HS7003).

Difficulty level: Difficult. At least one component (IC7902 / SOT-326) and requires advanced equipment and skills.
