All eBay listings require immediate payment via Paypal.  Once your payment has been received, your package will ship out within 1-2 business days.  99% of my shipments are sent out on the same day or next business day!  Once your order has been prepared for shipping, you'll receive an e-mail with tracking numbers.  Additionally, for your convenience, tracking information is entered into eBay and Paypal, so you can find your package status that way, too.
