It has three straps that are either all black or black and lime, I have some of the matching lime and black jazz pants (any solid black pants look good with it.The extra extra small adult fits a medium child and the xs adult fits a 12-14child.  Manufacturer is Frontline (a Capezio company) and this item is new. I have photos of both of these tops in the pics, to view inventory, click on the size you are interested in and the quantity should display.
