These high quality essences are produced by the Still Spirits Company of New Zealand and each bottle will make 2.25 litres or 3 x 75cl bottles when added to vodka or a neutral distilled spirit.  You can use commercial vodka (a plain no-taste vodka is best) or by using my Vodka Machine you can produce your own 40% abv vodka at home for around £1.50 a bottle which of course allows you to make your spirits for less than £3.00 per bottle. There is a complete range of these essences so whatever your tastes you can fill your drinks cabinet very cheaply.

Absinthe,  Rumoured to invoke the 'Green Fairy'!

Aussie Gold Rum,  The Australian favourite style dark rum which is rich in 'burnt sugar' flavour notes. A really nice, smooth rum.

Blood Orange Gin, A sweet, fruity blood orange style gin flavouring with the aromatic complexity of juniper and spicy citrus gin botanical notes.

Bourbon,  Full flavoured dry style bourbon typical of well aged sour mash whiskeys.

Citrus Vodka,  Citrus explosion of lemon and lime! A delightfully refreshing vodka.

Dark Navy Rum,  Mellow dark rum styled on sea-faring rums of old.

Elderflower Gin, A classic dry gin style with a twist. Juniper led with a summery elderflower fragrant finish.

English Gin,  Rich in juniper aroma and flavour this dry, English style gin will please any connoisseur.

French Brandy,  Outstanding Napoleon style brandy, very smooth, mellow and complex.

Grapefruit Vodka  (NEW!)  A crisp, zesty grapefruit flavouring paired with the aromatic complexity of grapefruit and blood orange, and a sweetness that’s expertly balanced.

Irish Whiskey (now called Shamrock Whiskey),  Smooth and mellow, this Irish Whiskey has delicious hints of vanilla and sherry.

Jamaican Dark Rum,  Full Jamaican flavour and rich, dark molasses tones.

Kentucky Bourbon,  Rich, sweet and complex bourbon, reminiscent of famous American Bourbons.

Ouzo,   Aniseed flavoured spirit much loved by Greeks the world over.

Pink Gin, A forest berry gin style with a delicate pink hue, the perfect summer drink. 

Pink Grapefruit Gin,  A dry gin style with juniper and spice. Balanced by a citrus fusion of pink grapefruit, orange and lime.

Raspberry Vodka  (NEW!)  A fresh and juicy raspberry flavouring with a fruity and slightly tart finish. Satisfyingly smooth.

Rye Whiskey,  Canadian whiskey style, light and refreshing.

Sea Beast (this is now labeled Dark Spiced Rum),  A subtly sweet rum with intense chocolate and vanilla, prominent cinnamon and clove notes with hints of coffee.

Scotch Whiskey (now called Whiskey),  Rich in oak tones and hints of peat make this a delightfully complex Whiskey.

Single Malt Scotch (now called Single Whiskey),  NEW!  Rich and fruity with notes of chocolate and hazelnut.

Smokey Malt Whiskey (now called smokey Whiskey),  Single malt style, very distinctive with strong smokey undertones.

Southern Haze,  Smooth and delicious with just a touch of sweetness and a rich amber colour.

Tequila,  Bitter sweet spirit, typical of the national drink Mexico is famous for.

Tequila Silver,   A clear spirit with distinctive agave taste, and strong peppery bite.

Violet Gin, Makes a sweet violet and delicate lavender gin style flavouring, with juniper and balanced botanical notes followed by a hint of citrus. Its vibrant colour will make stunning cocktails and add that something extra to your next G&T. Why not add a slice of grapefruit, orange or lemon to a bubbly purple gin fizz...there's so much that can be done with this new flavouring. 

Vodka,  All the smoothness and subtle flavours you'd expect to find in a premium vodka.

White Rum,  This is gorgeous!  A Caribbean style white rum - the perfect base for long cocktails.

Wild Eagle Bourbon, Makes a malty, oak style bourbon flavour, with smooth vanilla and spice notes.

Caramel Vodka,  A really smooth flavour and taste. It's fabulous on ice with tonic or soda or slightly sweeter with lemonade. For something completely different, try it as a dessert poured over ice cream. Very very very addictive....

Honey Bourbon,  A very distinctive honey aroma and flavour which combines so well with the smoothness of the bourbon.

Aussie Red Rum,  This is a super smooth rum. Surprisingly refreshing and yet still retains that burnt sugar and American white oak character you expect from all good rums.  

Cherry Bourbon,  This premium essence delivers a deliciously smooth & sweet taste thanks to the delightful blend of American Bourbon and ripe black cherries.

Summer Cup No 1,  A summery drink with delicate citrus and herbal flavours.  Pimms anyone?

Napoleon Brandy,  A rich fruity brandy with smooth oak and sweet vanilla.

Tennessee Whiskey (now called Southern Whiskey),  A smooth and complex American whiskey with lingering woody notes. 

Jamaican Gold Rum,  Complex vanilla, caramel and sweet notes with a strong oaky flavour.

Apple Brandy,  Distinctive fruity apple flavours, followed by rich brandy notes.

Spiced Rum,  A rich golden rum with vanilla and spice notes.

Don't forget, these essences are just added directly to vodka with nothing else to add.... yes, its that simple. For absolute best results, if adding to your own produced vodka (cue my vodka machine) then leave for 7 days to smooth out. Simples!
