This listing is for a 400g pot re-sealable of Pectolase making it better value if you are making a lot of wine this summer. Adding this to your home made wines at the start, together with the yeast and any nutrients will ensure you get maximum flavour from your fruit and will also prevent possible pectin hazes. It is a must for fruits high in pectin. I also list a 32g pot.

Pectolase is a mix of Pectic Enzyme and Glucose.
