These pants are manufactured by Mainstreet dancewear in the United States and they are brand new , retailing for up to $15.  No irregualrities and they feature new and untouched hangtags. These are great to wear over leotards or as workout wear or for gymnastics, they have an inseam of about 1 inch and they are a slight loose leg (not tight like booty shorts).
