USPS shipping costs have risen drastically. Ebay rules indicate tracking is mandatory as proof of delivery so a simple envelope with a postage stamp will not suffice in accordance and must comply with ebay and paypal rules. I keep shipping fees lower by using recycled ship material boxes when need to protect the item being shipped.
