Quality WHITE 50 x 25mm Labels with permanent adhesive,
printed by Thermal Transfer printers in a BLACK INK only.
(Ink won’t smudge or run when damp or comes into contact with water).

Printed with up to 6 lines of text using Arial, centre aligned, as standard typeset.

Usually font size 9+, advise ONLY 25-28 characters in line - this includes space, less if using ALL CAPS.....we will size to fit label unless advised.

If you would like another style or font type please let us know when sending text.

sent within 12 hours of purchasing, otherwise this may cause a delay with your order.

You are purchasing these labels as single set, (ALL Labels have to be printed with same text), if you require additional items please buy the correct number of items and ensure you advise us of your requirements for each item.

We cannot be held responsible for printing errors caused by incomplete printing instructions or misspelled text supplied by the customer. Please be sure to thoroughly check your printing request prior to sending.

 PLEASE insert a # at end of the last word on each line, so as we can see line breaks.

We will always size the text to fill the space available on the label, unless advised.

Standard font is Arial / Arial Narrow ( Depending on text qty), so If you have specific printing requirements which are not mentioned in this listing, please email us BEFORE you purchase to ensure we can print what you require. Please ensure that all the necessary printing instructions are submitted at time of purchase or within 24hrs.

We have a policy of free delivery on all standard shipments. The price of the labels is the price you pay - no nasty surprises at the checkout. Of course, if you're in a hurry and need your labels quickly, then we also offer an express delivery service, at a small additional charge.

Payment must be received within 3 business days of purchase.

We ONLY ship to your eBay address. Please make sure your eBay address is correct before you pay.

FREE p&p items are ALWAYS sent 2nd Class and usually take 5 - 10 business days to your PAYPAL registered address.

Unless otherwise indicated in the listing most other items are also sent 2nd Class.

There is a facility within the payment options to upgrade to 1st Class at an additional cost.

We ONLY ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses.

We do NOT ship parcels to PO BOX addresses.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address so please ensure your PAYPAL /eBay address is correct and the buyer will be responsible for any demurrage or return fees.

Shipping & Handling rate is fixed and non-refundable. It covers not just shipping cost, it includes packaging, postage etc.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Return Postage Costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. If there is a fault with our product then we will ask you to return it and we will reimburse you for the return postage costs as well as your original purchase costs.

Can you change your mind after your purchase?

Yes you can - and providing we haven't printed or dispatched your labels - FULL REFUND - of 100%

IF WE ARE AT FAULT:

• We will ask you to return the order or a portion of it
• We will reimburse your Return Postage Costs
• You can request either a FULL REFUND or a RE-PRINT
• If a FULL REFUND is required, then the Original Order must be Returned

IF YOU ARE AT FAULT:

• You are Welcome to Return The Order for a Partial Refund
• Return Postage Costs will be Your Responsibility
• You can request either a PARTIAL REFUND or a RE-PRINT
• If a PARTIAL REFUND is required. the following will apply :-
• Re-Stock & Disposal Charge @ 20% of Purchase Price to cover processing and fees
• If a RE-PRINT is required, it will be charged at the same Original Purchase Price
