When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible you will receive an eBay message confirming your order straight away. Please take note of our current dispatch times as these may vary.
Dispatch Times for Personalised Items
If you are ordering a personalised item, we will only send these out when we have received all relevant personalisation information from yourself. If we do not receive any details we will message you via eBay messages only. Please make sure you check to make sure you have supplied your personalisation via eBay messages ONLY.
Orders will only be sent out Monday to Friday except for Bank Holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
FREE 2nd Class Post / 48
2nd class post "normally" takes 2 - 3 days however due to operational delays within Royal Mail such as missed depot collections for onward sorting and weather conditions this can take longer to be delivered.
If you are in urgent need for your item, please do not choose the 2nd class delivery option. If you would like to upgrade your postage we have an option to pay 1st class post.
1st Class Post / 24
1st Class Post "normally" takes 1-2 days however due to operational delays within Royal Mail such as missed depot collections for onward sorting and weather conditions this can take longer than normal to be delivered.
Next Working Day Courier
You should receive your goods the next working day (Monday-Friday) except bank holidays providing there are no operational issues with the courier such as weather delays or internal operation issues that we cannot be held responsible for.
What do I do if I don't receive my package?
Please allow 7 working days before contacting us. We also advise contacting your local Royal Mail postal depot to see if the post person has attempted a delivery but not left a card to let you know.
Where we despatch goods same day if not the next day, you may experience delivery delays by Royal Mail post, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving on time. Please contact your local delivery office. After 1 week (for free delivery) and 3 days (1st recorded) Please contact us and we will look into the delivery details and take the appropriate action to refund or replace the goods.
RETURNS INFORMATION
General Goods
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase.
All items returned must be unused and in sellable condition, please also ensure that you package your return items sufficiently to protect the item as we will not be held responsible for damages on any returned items.
Personalised Goods
Unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon receipt we are unable to refund for any personalised items.
If you purchase any personalised items please ensure you adhere to the terms stated below to ensure a swift production and delivery of your goods.
1 - Please send personalisation information using eBay Messages only. We do not accept Paypal messages or Order Notes.
2 - Please make sure you send us the correct details prior to submitting a message as we are unable to change your personalisation once it has been sent.
3 - If your order is marked as Dispatched we will be unable to Cancel your order as your items will be printed and sent.
