Delivery
Orders placed before 5.00PM Monday to Friday will dispatched that day.
At the checkout there is an option to upgrade the postage from Royal Mail 48 to Royal Mail 24 for just 99p.
Please bear in mind that Royal Mail "aim" to delivery Royal Mail 24 hour items the next day, they do not guarantee it.
There is also an option to select “Other 24 Hour Courier” at a cost of £7.99.
If you do so your item will be sent on a Next Day Service (Monday to Friday) using either Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier.
Which of these services we use will depend on the weight / quantity of the items purchased and your address.
European orders are normally sent by Royal Mail.
Delivery to Europe normally takes between three and five working days, this can vary depending on the local postal service.
Returns / Warranty
Everything is supplied with a one year warranty & may be returned for exchange during
this period if faulty. In addition goods can be returned (at your cost) within 30 days for any reason as long as the item is
"as new" and sealed in a resalable condition. Please e-mail me before returning any item.
If you're in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please e-mail me with your concern and give me the
opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving feedback.
