A common garment of the Renaissance, this vest can be worn over a shirt for extra warmth and style. In period, this vest would have been made of suede, but we chose to use light weight cotton for ease of comfort and care and to keep the cost down.
The main picture is to show how it looks like when worn. That exact shade of blue is no longer available. The Navy Blue varies between different batches of material that come from my supplier. Just know that the navy has a range of navy from really dark to the slightly lighter shades when ordering but they are all considered navy blue.
These vests are machine washable on cool, gentle, tumble dry. It can be worn open or with a gap if you need it to. The first measurement on each size is with it fully closed. They come in S (chest 35-37"), M (38-40"), L (41-44"), XL (45-50"), 2XL (52-56") and 3XL(54"-60"), 4XL (58" -62), 5XL (60" - 64"). The smaller number is with the vest closed all the way and the larger is if it gaps a bit. Check out my other items if you need a shirt or pants to go with your vest. Please excuse the wrinkles in the pictures. I keep them stored in tubs so they can get a bit wrinkled in there.

I will combine items to save you on shipping if you buy more than one ONLY if you send payment for all auctions won in ONE payment.
