Yes, the item displayed here is brand new, has never been used, and is in its original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. We only carry those products that we are authorized to purchase, and do so directly from the manufacturer / producer, and not 3rd party re-sellers. Please note that each manufacturer packages their products differently, ranging from shrink wrap casings to nothing at all.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to do so, and the prices are built into the site. ** Please note that international shipments are taking longer than expected to some countries which include Canada, UK, and a number of others. We work very hard to get the DVD's out as quickly as possible so as to cut down on any delays that local postal services may cause.

How much is shipping?

All shipping costs are built into the eBay system, and are accessible on the shipping tab for each item.

Do you combine / discount shipping?

We will combine and discount shipping for multiple items whenever and where ever possible. It is our goal to save you money.

How long does it take to ship this item? How long does it take for me to receive this item?

We work very hard to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, and ask that you allow 2-3 business days for this product to leave our warehouse after payment is received. Much of the time, your product will be on the truck for delivery within 1-2 business days. Depending on the delivery service used, this item takes between 2 and 5 business days to arrive, once dispatched - perhaps 1 or 2 days longer if you are in an extremely remote area of the United States or Canada. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping, and can not be held responsible for delays on their part. We will, however, work feverishly to find out what the issue is should the product not arrive on time, or in a damaged state.

Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale pricing?
 
Yes, both are available, as we are both a retail and wholesale provider. These discounts are based on quantity purchases.  Please email us with any questions you may have, and we will gladly generate a quote for you.

Do you have to be a student, instructor, or practitioner to purchase this items?

No. While we have many professionals who purchase these items to use as a study aide, we also have a large following of people who purchase them for their own / personal use. Please note, however, that these DVD's are designed for people who have had some advanced training in anatomy, physiology, and medical massage.

Can I return my videos?

You can return your items, for a merchandise / exchange credit, but only if they are unopened.  To return the items, you are responsible for shipping them back to us (please email us for an address). Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product, and authorize a credit or refund based on the difference. If, for some reason, your video arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to you.

Do you develop coursework for other videos?

We are most interested in developing coursework / CEU packages for distance learning education that focus on various aspects of massage therapy.  If you have a video that you would like to develop a full CEU based course for, a video that you would like to attach CEU's to, or an educational idea, please contact us for evaluation.  We only work with those professionals / products that meet the rigorous standards of our schools.  Each proposal will be evaluated by a team of educators that represent various aspects of the health & wellness industry.
