These are performance friction new PN# 0346.20 or old PN# 3464 The fit many full size Ford and Mercury models from 1979 - 1993. PN# on box is F2AZ-2001-CHP or F2AZ-2001-A I purchased these a while back as a spare set for a 1992 Crown Vic Police Interceptor I had unfortuntely the transmission let go before I needed them and now the car is in my "Dead Line" so I do not need them. These were suppose to be some special heavy duty pads that were made special for the California Highway Patrol hence the CHP PN# suffix. Don't know if that is true or not but the guy I got them from said that was the story and he got them from a CA governement surplus auction.
