Engraving Information

We use the very latest computerized engraving machine which Guarantee's perfect clear engraving each and every time.

We will engrave this glass with any message, Just remember the more text the smaller the font. We recommend up to 6 lines of 18 characters per line.

We try to copy and paste engraving information to the machine as much as possible, therefore please double check your spelling and only include speech marks etc if you want them engraved!

Please choose a font name from the font list opposite and leave your engraving details and font name on the eBay note to seller box while at checkout, if you miss this please send via eBay message. 

We cannot take your engraving information over the phone sorry.

Payment must be made within 7 Days!

We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal, Credit Card by phone, Postal Order and Cheque

If you want to complete payment via Credit Card over the phone you will need to place your order then phone us to complete payment.

If you are paying by cheque you will need to wait for it to clear before your purchase is dispatched.

If you are making payment via Cheque or Postal order please remember to include your details including username so we can trace your order.

Most of our items are sent via Royal Mail first class., but please allow up to seven days from dispatch for your item to arrive.

Returns and Contact

Engraved Products; 

If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement item, please supply photos where possible to help speed this process up.

Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns on our engraved products because once engraved they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return the purchase do not have it engraved.

Non Engraved Products;

If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the product you purchased from us we offer 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging undamaged so it can be resold.
