Returns for refund We will refund the purchase price (less a 10% restocking fee) of items returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unused, with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. Goods must be returned carriage-paid. The refund will be by the same method as the original payment. P&P charges are not refunded. Our Missing-in-Post Policy Unfortunately, some items do go astray in the post. Before contacting us allow a few days for delivery - uk 5 working days, International 10 working days. If your purchase has not arrived by then, do contact us. We will tell you when it was shipped and when it should have arrived. We will also confirm your delivery address and, for tracked delivery services, we will try to trace your shipment. For Royal Mail services, we are contracted to wait 10 working days after the package should have arrived (25 days for international airmail) before we can consider that the package is lost. At that stage, please confirm that the item is still missing and we will be happy to either send a replacement (upgraded to Royal Mail Recorded Delivery free of charge) or issue a full refund, including postage.
