Previously owned but unused, small decorative glass kerosene lamp in the color orange. Looks to be applied color. Made in Hong Kong and purchased in 1978.
Still has the original box and cardboard packing. Old selling marker price of 1.99 on label of box. Box looks good... Label lifting at the corners as shown.
The top of the chimney shade has an irregular slanted cut (see photo) and as made, & I can feel a teeny tiny nick. Base of chimney is rough. If you collect these lamps you realize it takes a little skill to screw the metal wick holder on so it is even. Fuel rope/wick is new with frayed end, wheel turns and moves the wick.
Hong Kong is printed on the tiny wheel. The bottom of the base has stilt marks.
Natural striation to the glass with swirls. I show this in the close up photos.
