This is a 4 tier heavily ruffled nylon net tutu, brand new and in the original manufacturer's packaging from Wolff Fording (Richmond, Virginia). The top tier has a sequin edge, and the color is rasberry. You can see it is a graduated tutu, the top skirt is about 14 inches and the successive layers go down from there.This tutu will match any leotard from Wolff Fording in rasberry. This tutu is mounted onto an elastic band and stretches quite a bit.
