TRANSIT TIME: Is between 6 and 10 days, however may be longer due to customs, clearance and your local postal service.

RETURN POLICY: We gladly accept returns for items purchased within a 7 day period, provided it is still in the original packaging, not used nor damaged. A full refund will be give back to you upon our receiving and inspecting the item, less our original shipping cost to you. This applies to free shipped orders as well.

WARRANTY: All struts sold carry a lifetime manufactures warranty against factory defects (not wear and tear). This is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Please email or call us with your warranty claim including: your reason for return, full name, eBay item number, date of purchase or PayPal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.
