About Oakworks
Oakworks began in 1977, manufacturing the finest quality
portable massage tables and massage chairs electric lift tables,
stationary massage tables and massage therapy accessories. Their history
has been guided by Linda and Jeff Riach, who built the first OAKWORKS
massage table over a quarter century ago, and the company continues to
be driven by their values today. Employing nearly 200 at its
manufacturing facility in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania, OAKWORKS is now one
of the world's largest manufacturers of high-quality bodywork tables,
chairs and accessories that provide comfort and ergonomic utility to the
massage, spa, medical, physical therapy and athletic training
industries both in the U. S. and abroad. While many table companies have
sent their manufacturing processes overseas, Oakworks remains committed
to domestic material sourcing and manufacture.

Can I return my table cart?
You can return your items, with no questions asked within 30 days of your purchase, as defined by the policies set forth by Oakworks**, with replacement and return shipping being your responsibility. We will also deduct the original shipping cost that Oakworks charges us ($17.00) from your refund, and Oakworks charges a 20% restocking fee for ANY returns - we must pass that along to our customer. We ask that you please let us know as soon as possible if you do intend to return this item, and please email us for an address. Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product, and authorize a credit or refund based on the difference should you change the item that you want to receive. Also, please note that their may be a restocking fee associated with a change in product - also based on Oakworks return policies.
** These are Oakworks returns policies: The customer is responsible for sending the cart back to Oakworks at the customers expense. The original shipping cost ($17.00) will not be refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.
Is the table cart brand new and in it's original
packaging?
Yes, every product we sell is brand new, and
sent to you in the original packaging. We are an authorized retailer for
all manufacturers that have their products listed in our eBay store.
Is this table cart portable?
Yes, not only is it
lightweight, but it is easily folded into a compact shape for storage when not being used.
How much is
shipping in the US, to Alaska & Hawaii, and do you ship
internationally?
Shipping is free to
the lower 48 states for this product, and an additional
charge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii (For shipping rates
to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us via
e-mail or phone. Our Fixed Shipping offer does not apply to customers
outside the continental U.S., additional charges will be calculated once we
have your shipping address, and the additional amount will be billed to
you as a paypal request for funds. ** Please note that we will ship your
product to the address on file in your eBay account, and do not ship to
PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses ** )
Do you combine / discount shipping?
We
will combine and discount shipping for multiple items whenever and
where ever possible. It is our goal to save you money.
How long does it take to ship this item? How
long does it take for me to receive this item?
Please
remember that this product is made to order upon your request. As of
right now, it doesn't exist, sitting on a shelf in some warehouse. We
work very hard to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, and ask
that you allow 5-7 business days for this product to leave our
warehouse after payment is received. Much of the time, your product will
be on the truck for delivery within 3-5 business days, but we can not
make any promises with regards to that - it depends where Oakworks is in
their manufacturing cycle, and how much demand exists. Depending on the
delivery service used, this item takes between 3 and 5 business days to
arrive from Pennsylvania, once dispatched - perhaps 1 or 2 days longer
if you are in an extremely remote area of the United States. We
primarily use FedEx for shipping, and can not be held responsible for
delays on their part. We will, however, work feverishly to find out what
the issue is should the product not arrive on time, or in a damaged
state.
Do
I have to be a student, massage therapist, spa technician, esthetician,
or other practitioner to purchase this table cart?
No, this table cart is used by
everyone from casual home consumers to medical practitioners, massage
therapists, physical therapists and tattoo artists. Its flexibility and
versatility are second to none, and only as limited as is your
imagination!

Yes. These discounts
are based on quantity purchases.
Do You offer professional discounts?
Yes, we have discounted
pricing for therapists who have membership in the NCBTMB, AMTA, or ABMP,
