• We accept PayPal & most US issued Credit Card with shipping address same as billing address only.

Shipping:

Most orders are to be shipped within same day or next business day after payment is completed, unless for items on back order. In case of back order, seller will contact buyer as soon as possible to update the next shipping schedule or advise buyer for other color/style/model which is in stock. We reserve the right to refund any back order.

USPS First-Class Mail:
Usually delivered in 3-5 business days (Ground service, delivery confirmation numbers will be supplied)

USPS Priority Mail:
Usually delivered in 2-3 business days (Air service, delivery confirmation numbers will be supplied)

USPS Express Mail:
Guaranteed delivery in 1-2 business days (Air service, tracking numbers will be provided)

For International Shipment:

We reserved the right not to ship to certain countries due to high risk of lost packages and custom issues.If you received wrong or defective products, we will do our best to provide you with the best service that you deserved. Please note: once packages left our warehouse, we are no longer in control of packages' delivery. We provide a few shipping services

USPS First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International come with custom declaration numbers; however there is no tracking service.

USPS First-Class Mail International:
Usually delivered in 10-25 business days

USPS Priority Mail International:
Usually delivered in 6-16 business days

• Customers must report to us within 7 business days if item DOA or can’t work, and return package within 60 days from the delivery date for exchange or refund. Refunds will be given via paypal only if item DOA and can’t be replaced.
• The buyer has an obligation to cooperate with seller to verify in case the item has problem.If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item does not work and contact our customer service representative.Then get RMA# for return.
• All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item).
• A Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all return packages. Please contact us to get an "RMA" number before you ship your items back to us.Items returned without an "RMA" number would be ignored or delayed in processing.
