Shipping

All orders will be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days, please allow longer for some regional towns. Shipping times will vary for international orders. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. 

To ensure that your item arrives safely, we use Australia post eparcel (on most parcels), regular and registered service, and Australia post express and regular satchels which have tracking or a reference number.  

Discount Trader is not responsible for any goods sent to an incorrect address, please make sure your delivery address is correct.  

We use Australia Post for most orders and StarTrack Express courier service for items over 25kg. Deliveries are made on week days, during business hours.  Items sent via StarTrack Express can not be delivered to a PO Box.

Pick up is available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding public holidays) from our shop/warehouse.
