The UPS is used and signs of previous use are to be expected. The UPS has been tested by us and found to be fully functional. The UPS can be used in either horizontal or vertical orientation. They are a high efficiency modern design with internal bypass. Produces a true pure sine wave output. Wide band input range from 160 to 286 Volts. High efficiency and crest factor mean you can supply 1425W pr 1500VA of power.
Run times - as this is an XL UPS you can add large battery banks and heavy duty cycles. Normal (none XL) UPS cannot - they are not designed to handle the stress. APC's charts show the maximum run time at 1420 watts at nearly 6 hours with the UPS cells and 10x add on battery packs (approx 500KG of cells). If you intend to run continually then I would stick to around 1000 Watts to make the units job slightly easier, ensure adequate airflow and check that the UPS is not getting too hot. You are limited only by your battery bank capacity and charge level. We can quote to supply cells for your battery bank and we do our best to be competitive.
The item will be shipped with a 24 hour delivery service using packaging as appropriate (custom cartons and presswood pallets). VAT is included in the buy it now price, and if you are VAT registered you will be able to reclaim this.
