The Honda part number for this carburetor is 16100-ZV0-E21, which supersedes part numbers 16100-ZV0-A04, 16100-ZV0-A03, 16100-ZV0-A02, 16100-ZV0-A01, and 16100-ZV0-085, and it is a stock replacement part for all the models listed below. Unfortunately, the mounting gasket, 16221-ZV0-306, is no longer available from Honda.
