Orders are usually posted out the same day, but if we are very busy or it is too late to process the order, it will be posted the next working day (Monday to Friday).

*This item will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class postage is available and can be chosen at checkout before payment is made.

Estimated delivery of Royal Mail 1st class is 1-2 days, 2nd class is 2-3 days.

We may post bulky or heavy items in more than one package or by courier, this helps us keep the postage costs to a minimum.

Please be aware, delays can occur due to vehicle breakdowns, technical or weather-related issues.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in the post, please let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange.

You can return up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
