Payment
We accept PayPal only, please pay within 2 days of purchase.

Delivery
We ship out within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.  Delivery usually takes 2-6 working days.  We offer great postage discounts for our International customers, all UK deliveries are Free for the standard economy service.  If you have not received your item within 5 working days, please contact us confirming your address so we can look into it.  Please be aware that Royal Mail only declares items lost once 15 working days have past.

International Orders
Combined postage is available, please wait for your invoice to be adjusted after purchase.  All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Guaranteed International Signed For, ensuring you recieve your package safely wherever you are in the world, we feel the extra cost is worth the piece of mind!

Returns
We accept returns within 14 working days of unused items that are in original sealed packaging.  You can appreciate we cannot accept returns of opened or used items etc due to hygiene concerns.  If there is a problem with your order, please contact us explaining the issue, if we are in error or there is a manufacturing fault with the item we will refund you in full.  If you wish to return for other reasons, please note you are responsible for all postage costs.
