Shipping

We aim to post all items same or next working day.

We post most items within the UK first class standard, unless you choose another postal service. Royal Mail 1st Class is estimated at 1-2 working days, however the Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 10 working days have passed. If you have not received your item within this time period please conact us.

We offer Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and also a next day service either via the Royal Mail or with our couriers. Please select the correct postage option if you need your item guaranteed next day delivery - however you need to allow us 1 day handling period.

If you receive your item and it is damaged in anyway due to the postal service, please contact us straight away and keep hold of all packaging, as the Royal Mail may need to see this when we make a claim for the damage.

International buyers

If you are paying any other way apart from Paypal, we can only accept these payments if they are in GBP, and will not cost us anything to cash. We do not give out our bank details for bank transfer payments.

We send all International items Air Mail. This process can take anywhere from 3-10 days normally, however the Royal Mail state that it can take 25 working days to complete the overseas delivery process and an item is not considered lost until this period is up.

If you require your items in a hurry, please contact us and we can arrange for International Signed for or Airsure service to be added to your bill.

We do ask that you inform us of any problems, and giving us the chance to rectify things before leaving us poor feedback.

Payment

We prefer payment through paypal, however are happy to accept postal orders and cheques - Please make these payable to Missy Moo Ltd. If you are paying by cheque we will ensure the cheque has cleared before sending your item, this will add roughly a 5 working day delay to us sending your item.
