Delivery timescales are simply estimates and not guarantees, so please allow plenty of time for orders to arrive. We post using Royal Mail and other couriers, all services can be subject to delays, particularly at peak times. If you require your item quickly you can opt for an express postage option, if you require more information please get in touch with us.

Returns Policy - We hope you will be pleased with your order but you may return it for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Once they arrive at our premises we will process your refund promptly. We will refund the full sale price of the item not including postage and packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is being returned due to our error or is faulty. Earrings are excluded from this for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Sizing - We provide the actual measurements of each item as well as the label size where available. Please refer to the actual measurements rather than rely on the label size as this can vary greatly from brand to brand and from different eras. When shopping with us, we recommend that you measure a similar item that fits you well and use this to guide you. The measurements we provide are of the actual garment and not the person it is designed to fit.

Condition - Brand new items will be in perfect condition unless otherwise stated. Our vintage clothing is second hand and therefore used/worn unless otherwise stated, and as such some wear and tear is to be expected. We endeavour to describe the condition of each item fully, noting any flaws or damage and providing photographs where possible. If in doubt about the condition of any item please get in touch and we will be happy to help you.

Colour - please be aware that while we make every effort to show an accurate representation of the colour in our photos, there can be a great variation in colour representation from different computer monitors, so the colour may look a little different on your screen from the reality - if you have a very specific colour requirement you may like to message us for more information on the colour.
