This is a brand new  dance costume skirt in fluorescent green and white, ladies small adult, or child medium (that is the only 2 sizes I have) you do not get the leotard shown on the model or the capri pants (see my photo). It is a 2 layer heavily ruffled skirt. The underskirt is plain florescent green organdy (I am showing a photo from the bottom up). The topskirt is a tiered and ruffled organdy with white satin ribbon trim. The waistband is a white 2 inch elastic with a ton of stretch.The manufacturer is Main Street Dancewear (a division of Wolff Fording) so you know the quality is excellent. I have only these listed in this color. I have other colors listed. This makes a great clogging skirt, cancan skirt or just fun crazy fashion statement. This item retailed for $35 in adult sizes and is supercute but... hear ye hear ye, when you take this item out of the bag, you will notice a strong fragrance, this is the sizing that is used on organdy to keep it stiff, if you don't mind it softening a bit, wash the skirt. If you need it supercrisp like that than you just have to air it out and that fragrance will fade, dance teachers are aware of this but I know the regular public will sometimes write and complain, this is a costume item, it is not stored near animals or smoke and is perfect in everyway, no irregularities.
