This is a Fat Quarter of printed, 100% cotton flannel fabric from the Frozen Sisters Hearts by Springs Creative. 

 The piece measures approx 19.75" long x 21.5" wide (50cm long x 55cm wide)

The fabric features Elsa and Anna from the film Frozen.

For reference, the heart motifs measure approximately 4cm wide x 4cm tall.
