VAT is included in all of our prices including the final auction bid price. We provide a VAT invoice with all goods.

Despatch & Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving payment by PAYPAL. To pay by credit/debit card please 'phone 01604 751688 and goods will be shipped immediately.

For cheque payment goods will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared (Please allow 5 working days) We use Parcelforce 24 - 48 hour service for 90% of our deliveries.

Offshore & International Deliveries
All of the quoted carriage charges are for UK mainland only. Please 'phone 01604 751688 for all off-shore shipping fees.

Ireland, France & Germany is £18 carriage charge for up to 30Kgs. For other countries please provide the area/postal code for an accurate shipping quote before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds
Return policy: When goods are returned to us within seven days or because they are faulty they will be inspected and providing they are in as new condition and in their original packaging we will notify you within seven days of our decision as to whether a refund is due. We will then refund the money via the original method of payment as soon as possible.
