- This product carries a 90-day limited warranty for replacement.
- Before sending back the merchandise, please contact us with eBay Messages for formal RMA procedure.
- Any
returned merchandise, unless instructed otherwise, must be in its
original package & processed via shipping service with tracking
number.
- Should
a product prove to be defective during the warranty period, we will
repair / replace with an identical or similar product.
- Replacement Product may include new, remanufactured, or refurbished products and parts.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returning items; original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- We will provide one-way shipping service when returning the product to the customer.
- For
any case of DOA (Dead On Arrival), please contact us within 5 business
days starting at the time of arrival for possible refund or replacement.
- Non-defective
return is acceptable within 5 business days starting at the time of
arrival, a restocking fee of 20% will be imposed. Shipping cost is not
refundable.
- This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
- Modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us.
- Physical
abuse to, overload of, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in
a manner inconsistent with the use indicated by instructions.
- Any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.
- Shipment of the product to us for service.
