Postage and Payment

All orders where payment has been received and cleared by 10pm on a daily basis will be dispatched the following day and orders received over the weekends will be dispatched on Mondays unless advised otherwise.

Postage is as follow

Postage within UK – first class - £1.30  second class - £0.99 plus £0.05 charges for any additional items when using the basket for combined postage. 

Unfortunately if bought separately we will not be able to refund the postage.

Larger orders will be sent UK Sign for. 

Postage within EU – all orders will be posted track and signed to ensure that it will be delivered safely and the charge for those will be £9.20

Rest of the world –  All orders will be posted track and signed to assure that it will be delivered safely and the charge for those will be £10.50

Refund policy

 If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase I am happy to accept a return. Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase in unused condition. Buyer must obtain proof of posting. Full refund for the items but the postage is non-refundable unless items incorrect/damaged.
