Welcome International Customers!

We welcome international customers whenever the item qualifies for international shipping.  We have successfully shipped to over 60 countries.  Here are a few things we have learned:

Even though we ship within 24 hours, shipping to some countries can take a couple of weeks.  Once the item arrives in your country's customs, they can hold the item as long as they want to. In some isolated cases, this has been as long as 4-6 weeks. Please understand that this is a possibility.

If the item weighs less than 4 pounds, there are two options for shipping: First Class International is a low cost shipping method, but it does not offer tracking. If you want to be able to track the item, you need to request Priority Mail International. This option is more expensive, but allows you to follow the progress of your package.  When the item is over 4 pounds, Priority Mail International is the only option available.

Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.  Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.
