Q: What is the difference between adhesive lined and standard heat shrink?
A: Adhesive lined heat shrink has a heat activated glue that seals the heat shrink to the connector, making a water tight seal on the connector. Standard heat shrink just insulates, adhesive lined heat shrink insulates and seals.
