If your item is flat pack, we can normaly do next working day delivery. If your item is built deliveries will take up to 5 working days, . We deliver these items on a pallet via the TPN pallet network to ensure the safe arrival of your furniture. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Mon-Fri ONLY. All deliveries are to ground floor only. Please note that all delivery prices quoted are for the UK mainland only. All offshore areas, Scottish Highlands and Ireland are by negotiation only. Please note: If your delivery address is in the following postcode areas you need to contact us before placing the order as they have an additional charge to add to the standard item price and delivery charge and they may be 3-5 day delivery service. Returns
The furniture is packaged securely and extra protection is added around the packages. If your item arrives with signs of damage to the packaging then please accept the delivery and DO NOT refuse the item. The packaging should keep the item free from damage and will usually be ok once unpackaged. In the event that there is damage to the item then replacement parts will be supplied.If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us with in 7 days. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging and call us on 01709 836856 to arrange the collection. There will be a collection fee and price will depend on the item you are returning.
