We are located in Sunny Aberystwyth on the West Coast of Wales in the UK and have been around since 2008.
In the beginning, Gary worked in a spare bedroom at home selling a few bits and pieces on eBay to fund his watch 'obsession'. However since then we have come a long way. Today it isn't just Gary, now there is a dedicated WatchObsession team that has the same passion and commitment to the Company as he does. Along the way we have run our business in many different offices and venues, and moved on to bigger and better premises every time. Today we lease a building in the centre of Aberystwyth on Pier Street, and since January 2017 have been operating out of this building.
Since the early days we have now grown to be able to offer a huge range of watch straps and accessories from a variety of brands such as Hirsch, ISOfrane, JPM, Di Modell, Bergeon, Wolf, Heli, Cape Cod and many more!
We are proud to be the largest Hirsch Retailer in the World, not just on-line, but High Street too, offering all options from the current catalogue plus an extensive range of Limited Edition straps that are made exclusively for WatchObsession. These special editions have come about from listening to our customers and bringing out straps that, you, the customer want.
We have an exclusive range of our own branded straps, this has come about from our years of experience in the industry, and have been able to see what people want and need as watch straps. We add to our range on a regular basis and if there is anything you would like to suggest to us please let us know.

We extensively test all our products, and a lot more fail the "WatchObsession Scrutiny Test" than pass.
We will never be the cheapest retailer in the watch industry but we are striving to be the best, both in product selection and the customer service we provide, this is very paramount to us.

We know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. That is why we do our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We aim to send all orders out the same day (if ordered before 3pm) or the very next working day.

We want to make returning an order to us as hassle free as possible for all our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some watch straps come with tags attached to them, they are required to be still attached to the strap in order for us to accept the item through returns.
