Product Description:

This offering is for a new Canari Matrix short sleeve cycling jersey in a men's small. There are no tags attached to this jersey, but we have sold identical (tagged) jerseys in the past, so we are aware of the make/model. It's an all yellow color and has a crew-neck collar. We should also note the jersey includes three rear pockets for carrying around essential items on a ride and it has a zipper front that extends down better than half the length of the jersey.

As alluded to above, we've sold these jerseys (with tags) in the past, so we know Canari uses their "Transpor" dry fabric for this jersey (which is a 60% polyester / 40% polyolefin blend). More specifically, one of the tags on the jersey states the following..."The unique Transpor dry layer is built right in, next to the skin, like a 'soft screen' between your skin and the wicking layer. Perspiration exits through the inner Transpor dry layer to the outer wicking layer where it spreads and evaporates. You stay drier and feel more comfortable, whatever the temperature or activity level." I realize much of this rhetoric is marketing, but still wanted to pass along the manufacturers comments about the jersey.

Additionally, and in an attempt to assist with proper fit, we took the following measurements...

  • Chest Measurement: 36" (inches)...and note our chest measurement was less than the 40-42 sizing on the tag...so would be a fairly tight fitting 40-42.

  • Front side length: 19" (inches)

  • Back side length: 25" (inches)

  • Zipper length: 12" (inches)

Please also note we have very few of these jerseys in this model/color/size, so we will look them over a little more closely for problems. The few we do have usually have no tags or a black line drawn down the middle of the tag (on the collar). I believe this signifies a second quality offering consisting of dirt marks and/or fabric blemishes. Upon close inspection of this particular jersey, I do see fabric imperfections and dirt marks. I've taken some pictures of the most visible of these flaws...primarily consisting of small fabric "snags" and light dirt marks...but overall not too bad. One final note...should you feel differently about our assessment (or if by chance we missed a flaw that you note upon inspection), then please return the jersey for a refund...as we really do want satisfied customers.

Note to international customers regarding shipping...
We apologize to those that feel some of our international shipping charges are too high. We only charge actual shipping rates, but once an order exceeds a certain amount, we hesitate to use the least expensive US Postal Services First Class International service. We feel this way, because this service is not trackable or insurable...so more risk of loss. We prefer the US Postal Services Priority Mail International service for more expensive orders, because this service is trackable at USPS.com and insurable...so less risk of loss. Unfortunately, this service is more expensive, especially for smaller/lighter packages, relative to the First Class International service. We are sorry about these higher shipping costs, but hopefully our notes help to explain why this is the case.

Note to international customers regarding customs...
We also apologize to those that feel their country import taxes, duties and brokerage fees are excessive. As a small US business, we are required by customs' laws to declare each order as a retail sale. Additionally, the declared order value must be equal to total store purchases and/or winning auction bids (less any shipping costs, as these are not considered in the declared value). As a result, each customer will be responsible for paying his/her own country taxes, duties and brokerage fees, which will be collected upon delivery. Again, we aplogize for these additional costs, but we cannot afford the penalties and fines that come with breaking customs' laws...so we have to strictly abide by them.
