Purchase & Shipping FAQs:

•         Items are shipped out Monday-Friday (I try to always ship in Saturday also) within 24 hours of payment from multiple US locations.

•         Items being shipped with Standard or Economy Service may be shipped via either USPS First Class Mail, Media Mail or a private carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) who transports the package from the originating warehouse and then "hands it off" to USPS for the "last leg" of the trip to your delivery address.

•         Items are shipped in the order they were purchased and should arrive within the estimated delivery window given by eBay.   Please note, this date is an ESTIMATED delivery date, not a promised delivery date.  There can be delays due to weather, busy holiday seasons, or other unforeseen issues that are totally out of my control.  If you require your item by a certain date, please let me know by sending an email though eBay Messages and I will do my best to accommodate.

•         Multiple item purchases or items that contain multiple seasons or sets may be shipped separately. While I do always try to notify you of this, there are times I may miss an order. If you receive your order and all items are not included, please feel free to email for a shipping update.

•          If tracking is available for your item, it will be added within 48 hour of shipment.  Please note, Media Mail items do not always include tracking.  If you require tracking, please make sure to email before purchasing and add a note to your order.

•         eBay “Buy Now” prices are subject to change at any time due to my supplier costs. If the listed price of an item you purchased goes down within 24 hours of your purchase, please email me and you should be eligible for a refund of the difference.  After 24 hours, I am unable to match the price. 

•         As these are US Retail Sets, many items may have store price stickers attached or an invoice included. This price does not reflect the price you have paid and, if by chance, the price is less than what you paid... you are not eligible for a refund of the price difference.

•         As US Shipping is always FREE, there is no need to combine shipping.   I do offer discounted shipping for combined International orders. These orders must be paid for together in one PayPal payment. Once your purchases are complete, please request a combined invoice and I will send it with the reduced shipping charge.

•         Sales Tax - We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

•         I am unable to discount item prices on purchase less than 15 items.

Shipping Delivery Estimates:
United States Standard Shipping is FREE! I do my very best to have your item arrive as quickly as possible. To accomplish this, your package may be shipped via USPS Media Mail, First Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier services. I do ship to PO Boxes, but I really prefer not to. If your item is shipped to a PO Box, it will ship via USPS Media Mail and will take longer.

 

Your item should arrive within the following times:

United States:

Economy & Standard ~ 2-15 business days after shipment
Expedited ~ 1-3 business days after shipment

International:

Canada ~ 7-30 business days after shipment

Worldwide ~ 14-45 business days after shipment

 

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please give adequate time for the package to arrive.


Payment:
Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. If your item has not been paid (even if you emailed saying you plan to pay) an unpaid dispute will be automatically filed by eBay. If you purchased your item in error and need to cancel, please email BEFORE the 7 days.


Returns:
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or does not work correctly, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.  As all of our items are Brand New and Factory Sealed, there are times there may be a manufacturer’s defect. I am an honest seller and will take care of the issue.

If you purchased the item in error and wish to return it for a refund or exchange, the items must be returned in EXACT condition it was received. Example: If it is new, it must still be FACTORY SEALED. Return shipping charges as well as original shipping and handling (S&H) charges will not be reimbursed.
