You are buying an A4 modern print of the vintage pattern and not the finished item.

This lovely vintage pattern is another one of my favourites. It is for a beautiful little girls knitted dress and matching coat with attention being payed to the dress yoke and cuffs and the coat cuffs edges and front with both items united with little knitted bows. Instructions are for two sizes (see below) and both items are knitted in D/K yarn. A super little set in every way. Measurements and materials to complete the dress and coat are below:

MEASUREMENTS:

To fit chest- 18 [20]ins.

DRESS, length at centre back- 14½ [15½]ins.

Dress sleeve seam- 1 [1]ins.

COAT, length at centre back- 10½ [11½]ins.

Coat, sleeve seam- 5½ [6½]ins.   

MATERIALS:

D/K wool

No.8 & No.7 needles 

1 yard of ½ inch wide ribbon

5 small buttons

TENSION:

With No.8 needles, 6 stitches and 8 rows to 1 inch over stocking stitch.
