Land Rover owners have a thing for N.A.S. (North American Specification) lamps on the rear of their Defenders, we have developed our LED Standard size lamp to punch way above its size so you do not have to fit larger NAS lamps, the smaller RDX LED lamps work just as well.
The later 2002 onwards Defender came with larger Round NAS style Fog & Reverse lamps, these replaced the rectangular units fitted previously, once the old units are removed the larger round lamps with cover ALL factory holes left by the rectangular units.

Our side repeater has 10 LEDs 7 more than others you do the maths!
10 LEDs give a nice sharp on/off repeating function unlike bulbs which dim on/off. Bulbs fail on Offroading models due to vibration, LEDs are less likely to fail.
The RDX LED Side Repeater comes with a bulb type connection so just push fits into the bulb holder. Ensure the Black wire goes to the Black wire on the vehicle loom. LEDs are polarity sensitive so the bulb adapter must be fitted the correct way round, common belief fitting LEDs the wrong way round will damage the LEDs IT DOES NOT THEY JUST DO NOT WORK!!!!!

Land Rover launched the Defender Td5 around September 1998 technically they are 1999 model year vehicles, the last ones are 2006, in the UK most were registered on '06' reg but some may be on later '56' reg.

Reverse gear is next to 4th AND the engine has 5 cylinders.
Speedometer mileage reading is digital.
Land Rover launched the Tdci model late into 2006 and end in January 2016.

Bonnet has hump in middle
Interior clock surround be two air vents
Passenger has grab handle on dashboard
Does not fit any other Land Rover model!
Top tip when fitting RDX LED side repeaters ensure the metal contacts make good connection with the bulb holder, bending the wires to the outer edge will give them the best contact.
