We aim to dispatch all our items within 1 working day of completing the payment of your order. If you have ordered more than 1 item they may arrive separately.
We offer free domestic shipping by Royal Mail 2nd Class post or a guaranteed next working day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery for those items that just can't wait.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the eBay messaging system to discuss returning the item.
We are happy to accept returns for non-personalised items that do not fit or if the item is not as described. We do not accept returns for personalised orders unless in the event of the item(s) arriving damaged or faulty in some way.
Please allow 7 to 10 days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked and for the return to be processed. If the item(s) have been used or damaged by the customer we reserve the right to deny your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
