If you are not completely satisfied with a part you purchased from Steele Rubber Products, please contact us for an exchange or refund. All parts manufactured by and purchased from Steele Rubber Products are guaranteed for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and/or defects in workmanship.
Parts are accepted for return (including refunds or exchanges) only in the units purchased. We will accept only the entire package for items sold in pairs and the entire strip for items sold by the foot. Parts returned must be undamaged and be re-saleable.
We encourage you to pre-fit parts before installing. Please note, if you alter or damage a part in any way, we may not be able to accept it for return. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING INSTALLATION OF OUR PARTS, PLEASE CALL US BEFORE ALTERING A PART.
