Made from tulle.

Has a white elastic in the waistband.  (note: since the tulle can be seen through, the elastic is visible.)

*This is not like the "very full" tutus that are also available in my store.  These are the basic tutus, which can be seen through, and look dainty on the doll.  Be sure to see the pictures.
