When returning we recommend using a recorded/insured service as we can not be held responsible if a returned item is lost in the mail. Before returning please contact us with the reason for return.

Delivery Information

If cleared payment has been received by 1pm goods are usually despatched the following business day.

UK Bidders: Items are despatched using either Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery service. For heavier items we also offer a DHL courier service. Please see auction details for shipping prices.

International Bidders (EU): Items will be despatched with Royal Mails Airmail service.

International Bidders (outside EU): All items are marked as a gift with low value to reduce the risk of custom fees, however we are not responsible for any tax/duty that may arise.
