The frame appears unused and in near mint condition but since demo lenses are missing and there has signs of wear from storage, I will just place this under USED condition. I really don't think the missing lenses takes away the beauty from this frame because you need prescription lenses anyway. Overall, Absolutely in great like new condition so I am sure you won't be disappointed. It does not come with cloth or case.
