Two bags of BBQ seasoning & rub from Legg's Old Plantation Seasonings. Blend #107 produces an authentic Southern Style BBQ. Use about 1/3 ounce of seasoning per pound of meat. Use on beef, pork, chicken, ribs, etc. May also be mixed with ketchup or BBQ sauce to increase flavor. One 8 ounce bag of seasoning is enough for approximately 25 pounds of meat. Two 8 ounce bags.
