This poster was printed to advertise the Grand Opening of the Print Mint on Haight Street in San Francisco on Dec. 1st 1966. The Print Mint was considered "ground zero" for the psychedelic poster. It is shown on page 236 in the original Art Of Rock book and is known as AOR 2.353. I have bought and sold 100's of rare posters over the years, Bill Graham, Family Dog, AOR, Emek, etc. and this is probably the rarest poster I have ever owned. I am not sure who the artist is. If you collect 60’s posters this is a must have.

The poster measures 15.5” x 20.25” and is in very good condition. It has a few minor issues, a hard to see slight crease on the left of the 3rd yin yang, a very light stain in and under the H in Haight, a small stain in the bottom right corner (no pin holes), and a few other minor scuffs, see pics for condition.

Photos are of the actual poster.
