For your peace of mind, you can return the unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, but it must be in an original condition and unused. Customer is responsible for returning the item to us at their own cost, and a restocking fee will be charged at 15% of the Final Value of the sale.
Within 7 days of receiving the faulty item, customer must report to us, we will arrange the replacement parts or whole replacement sent, we will cover postage costs.
Please contact us before returning goods, all returns must be received within 14days.
Wrongly buying an item, will result in us charging 10% of the item price to cover re-listing fees and also loss of business.
