the picture unless otherwise stated
Shades may vary from lot to lot unless otherwise

Postage discounts
Pay full price postage for the first order and
half price postage for all additional orders when sent as 1
parcel
The
first order will be classed as the one with the highest postage
charge
Please
ask for a combined and discounted invoice when you are ready to
pay
Payment
All orders to be paid for within 7 days of
purchase
We will open an unpaid item dispute after this
period

by paypal is preferred

Dispatch
days
All
items paid for thursday - sunday will be dispatched on the following
Monday
All
items paid for monday to wednesday will be dispatched on the following
thursday
Excluding bank holidays, the Christmas period and “acts of
god”
Delivery
All parcels will be delivered by either royal mail or parcelforce unless
otherwise stated
Generally smaller lots will be sent using royal mail and larger ones
using parcelforce
Exclusions
Sadly delivery to the islands - Scottish highlands - Northern Ireland
will cost £19.95 for larger lots
If you would like delivery to these places please message me before bidding
on lots of over 100 makeup items or multiple lots
Non delivery
If your item has not been delivered within 7 days of payment please
contact us and we will chase it up
Issues
If there any issues with your order or transaction please contact
us
We
will do our best to resolve them as quickly and amicably as
possible
Returns
policy
If the item is not as described please contact us
A full refund will be given on return of the parcel as long as the items
are in the condition you received them in
Damages
In the unlikely event there are any breakages or
damages
The matter will be resolved with a pro rata refund upon receipt of
photographic evidence
Feedback
Feedback is left in bulk for those who have left it for
us
This allows us to chase up customers who have not left it to find out the
reasons why
