Shipping price quoted to foreign locations is for USPS 1st Class International Letter Service, meaning the service will allow two, possibly three covers or cards or other items, depending on thickness of the mailer.
If more covers or cards or other items are added, and the mailer thickness increases beyond the allowable limit, then 1st Class International Small Parcel Rate must be used. The shipping rate will have to be adjusted upward because the U.S. Post Offices initiated rate changes made for this service. Please email me ahead of time if intend to buy larger quantities of covers or cards or other items so that I can calculate the postage rate for you.
